Smart Snacking  fruit and nuts
Its not only delicious. it will keep you fool and not craving sweet and other food  but make sure it is controlled.Your not supposed to go crazy and eat the whole thing
Eat foods that keep your blood sugar curve steady. Avoid foods that contain simple carbohydrates like white bread, soft drinks and other sugar products
eat a lot of protein at every meal, and eat often. Don’t wait 5 hours between your meals. eat at least every 3rd hour to really keep you blood sugar steady.
Make smoothies and other healthy options that can calm your cravings when they appear.
