Contemplative Living: Living in relationship with oneself, God, others, and nature free of the illusion of separateness.Realize deeply that the present moment is all you have. Make the NOW the primary focus of your life
When we live contemplatively, our everyday life becomes our spiritual life. We consciously attend to our relationships through a deepening awareness of our connectedness and communion with others. Contemplative living is a powerful catalyst of change that leads us to a sense of well-being, gratitude, and a clearer understanding of our life purpose.
Outside, the ocean was crashing, waves hitting sand, then pulling back to sea. I thought of everything being washed away, again and again. We make such messes in this life, both accidentally and on purpose. But wiping the surface clean doesn't really make anything neater. It just masks what is below. It's only when you really dig down deep, go underground, that you can see who you really are One thing: you have to walk, and create the way by your walking; you will not find a ready-made path. It is not so cheap, to reach to the ultimate realization of truth. You will have to create the path by walking yourself

We’re so wrapped up with egotistical things, career, family, having enough money, meeting the mortgage, getting a new car, fixing the radiator when it breaks—we’re involved in trillions of little acts just to keep going. So we don’t get into the habit of standing back and looking at our lives and saying, Is this all? Is this all I want? Is something missing?”

All matters being spiritual; man or woman can only find peace when peace is realized from within.”
