Being that I continuously maintain I can never truly stick to a diet, and instead try to make responsible choices and eat only justified and well balanced amounts
I eat less meat.and having things like this packed up and ready for lunch make it much easier to stick to that plan. This chili is vegetarian and very low in fat and calories, but you won’t be missing anything thats left out. It’s super satisfying, and takes less than an hour to make and also i love natural yogurt with hot chili you can deep with whatever you like too stay healthy
