my favorite soup homemade fresh green
One of the tricks to eating well,  is to eat simple meals comprised of high quality ingredients
I love this elegant lentil chicken soup for its many layers of flavor:
 boiling  lentils  water for about 30 minutes then when its ready put it a side and everything else goes into the pot at the sometime   first chicken 2cups of water freshly ground  onions, tomato ginger, coriander and garlic
then chopped 1 more yellow onions tomato  kale bok choy rappin slow cook medium- heat let it cook for about 30 minutes. last 10 minutes add  your  boiled   lentils 2 scoop of oatmeal whatever Persian and Arabic  blended  spice you have   mix it well  give it  10 minutes keep an eye on  and its ready
